Installation & Maintenance

Installing a backwater valve is the first step to ensuring your home is protected from sewage water backing up into your home.

We help you decide which backwater valve is right for you, then we apply for the permits and begin the installation. Once your new backwater valve is installed, we arrange for inspection and assist with the Rebate process. (see Section "Do I Qualify for a Rebate?")

It is important to remember that backwater valves need to be maintained in order to operate efficiently and effectively to ensure your home remains protected.  We recommend yearly maintenance and offer a variety of maintenance programs to suit your needs.
